I am now offically taking the water taxi to work in the morning. I signed up for a monthly pass this morning. Actually it is only valid till the end of june becuase they issue them at the start of the month. I also came home last night spent an hour by the pool then tried to finish scanning another roll of film, but I only got half way through it.

Spent part of last night rescanning 4 rolls of negatives. This is the first batch of photos that I am using the scanner for so I am still getting used to the software. It turns out that the button with an up and down arrow doesn’t do a 180 rotation it does a mirror image. The problem is that I didn’t always use this button so I couldn’t just go back and mirror all the images I already have. I also moved the scanner to my desktop machine, but that has a habbit locking up when I use the TV card and do something else.
Life would be to simple if things just worked as you think they should work.

2 hours later. my hand are freezing, I need to find the thermastat so I can turn up the temperature.

Been playing today with my new toy, a cool scan IV I picked up yesterday. This is going to save me about 8 dollars a roll of film but take up many hours of my life feeding it film. Anyone need a photographer?

I was in DC on Friday night, well Springfield VA to watch Spiderman, what the deal with the cinema in the Mall there, it says AMC on the listing but is called General Cinemas in the Mall.

Saturday, got my hair cut picked up the scanner, picked up the flyer from Micro center, washed my car and drove back to MD. I am sure the car wash was a waste of time after watching the thunder storm that rolled by tonight.

I now have a 12 pack of Irn Bru that my boss was kind enough to get me as a welcome gift for joining the company. well it is now a 10 pack

I watched Tyco come into the Inner Harbor in Baltimore while eating lunch on Thursday. Tyco is one of 8 boats in the Volvo ocean race. While out walking last night I saw Tyco, SEB and Amer out of the water while there team do repairs for the next stage to La Rochelle, France. I wandered out with my camera tonight to take some photos.

I am ill, I have been coughing for the last 3 days. I think I will work from home on Monday.
